Confirming Successful Upgrade

To confirm the successful upgrade of given Aras 3D Visualization components:

1. Log into Aras Innovator as an administrator.

2. Go to Contents --> Administration -->Variables.

3. Confirm that Variables for the given components are listed with necessary Values:

   • 3D Visualization.3DViewers: 14.0.4

   • 3D Visualization.CadConverter: 14.0.4

   • 3D Visualization.DPN: 14.0.4

If there is no Variable with the correct Value for a component, the upgrade of this component fails. Restore the Aras Innovator code tree, Conversion Server, and database with the backups done before the upgrade and contact Aras Support at [email protected].
